Kiran is a Manager in Resolve Advisory’s Business Advisory and Tax team, supporting clients across tax compliance, business advisory, financial reporting and practical business advice.

With more than seven years’ experience, Kiran has progressed from graduate accountant through to management, building strong capability across taxation compliance, advisory and client relationship management. She has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, with particular experience supporting regional, agricultural and family-owned businesses. 

Kiran enjoys helping clients navigate complex tax matters while identifying practical opportunities to improve business performance and support long-term success. Her experience working closely with family-owned and regional businesses has given her a strong appreciation for the commercial, operational and personal considerations that often sit behind client decisions. 

Known for her approachable style and client-focused mindset, Kiran takes the time to understand what matters to each client, explain options clearly and provide advice that is practical, relevant and easy to act on.

As a manager, Kiran also plays an important role in supporting workflow, reviewing work and mentoring junior team members. She combines technical expertise with a calm, practical and supportive approach, helping others build confidence, capability and sound professional judgement.
