He brings deep expertise in cost modelling and economic analysis, having delivered cost estimates, financial models and whole-of-life assessments for major government initiatives, infrastructure programs and Defence projects, including some of Defence’s largest projects within the Integrated Investment Program. His work strengthens investment proposals by clearly articulating long-term financial implications and building a rigorous evidence base for high-value decisions.
