With more than 11 years’ experience across membership, ticketing, facilities and grants at the Canberra Raiders, Samantha brings a strong background in fast-paced, people-focused and operationally complex environments. Her experience has shaped a practical, service-led approach to coordination, communication and relationship management.

At Resolve Recruit, Samantha supports candidate sourcing, outreach, screening and recruitment coordination across the business. She works closely with the recruitment team to help build strong candidate pipelines, maintain accurate information and support a smooth experience from first contact through to placement.

Known for her energy, reliability and people-first approach, Samantha understands the importance of clear communication, timely follow-up and keeping processes moving. She brings a calm and organised presence to work that often requires multiple conversations, competing priorities and careful attention to detail.

Her background in professional sport gives her a strong appreciation for teamwork, pace and delivery under pressure. Whether supporting candidates, recruiters or internal processes, Samantha is focused on making each interaction feel considered, professional and well-managed.
