With more than 20 years’ experience across banking, finance management and customer service, Sarah brings a strong operational foundation to her role. Her background spans accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, cash flow forecasting, compliance reporting and broader business administration.

Practical, organised and people-focused, Sarah plays an important role in keeping the firm’s internal systems, workflows and client service processes running smoothly. She has a natural ability to create structure, improve processes and identify better ways of working, while maintaining a calm, approachable and down-to-earth style.

Sarah genuinely enjoys helping people feel supported and confident. Whether assisting clients with bookkeeping, Xero and day-to-day finance processes, or helping the Resolve team stay organised and focused, she brings patience, clarity and a strong service mindset to her work.
