Sarina is Resolve Recruit’s Marketing and Communications Coordinator, supporting the way we share our story, connect with our market and communicate with candidates, clients and the broader Resolve community.

A University of Canberra graduate with a Bachelor of Media and Communication, majoring in Marketing Communications, Sarina brings a creative and people-focused approach to her work. Her background spans digital marketing, social media, customer service, visual communication and freelance journalism, giving her a strong appreciation for both the message being shared and the people receiving it.

Creative at heart, Sarina is passionate about using communication to make ideas clearer, more engaging and more impactful. She enjoys taking early concepts, small ideas and day-to-day moments, and turning them into content that feels considered, useful and genuinely connected to its audience.

Before moving into marketing, Sarina built more than six years’ experience in customer-facing roles. That foundation continues to shape the way she works – with warmth, curiosity and a genuine interest in people, their stories and what matters to them.

At Resolve Recruit, Sarina supports marketing, communications and content across the business, with a particular focus on digital and social media. Her work helps bring the Resolve Recruit brand to life in a way that feels professional, human and true to the people behind it.
